FMPE is a commercial investment company with an active, hands-on Board of management that ensures full compliance with all rules and regulations.

We manage our portfolio as an active investor and asset owner, with comprehensive commercial discretion and flexibility under the guidance of the Board.

The purpose of our Board is to protect our business reserves and to regularly review all investment proposals and decisions. Its remit includes:

  • Annual budget
  • Annual audited statutory accounts
  • Review of investment and divestment proposals
  • Senior management appointments
  • Portfolio risk and profile
